Haven Homes + Lifestyle faced an industry regulation change that penalized a crucial lead capture step of their Listing Marketing strategy. I used their existing tech stack to design a lead capture landing page that heavily emphasized a hero image of the featured property, for savvy property browsers who wanted early looks. The new landing pages successfully enabled lead capture at the required campaign stage while complying with the new industry rules.

Haven Homes + Lifestyle needed a one-stop, brand-cohesive template solution to create social media updates with many variables. I recreated the desired design in a master Photoshop template, organizing the Layers in such a way that it was plug-and-play to create variable assets as needed. In addition to time-saving process improvement, the new template allowed the brand’s virtual assistant to take on post creation (He continues to do a great job today! Go Noj!).
