KWCLM Agents needed a central information source they could easily navigate and access from anywhere, and KWCLM Staff needed a simple way to communicate information to agents. I designed a responsive website Staff could easily update as needed. I used information hierarchy and design best practices to transform, “I’m overwhelmed, where do I even go?!” to “Start at the hub.” The new Resource Hub gave Agents quick access to their tech stack, quick answers to their questions, and a simplified enablement experience. Agents and Staff were thankful for the clear and simple information flow.
